Xbox E3 Recap

1 Min Read

Microsoft’s E3 press conference is in the books. Phil and the team really brought their A game this year, but as a Playstation fan there was nothing console exclusive that made me feel like I needed to invest in an Xbox. The games that excited me most were The Division 2, Dying Light 2, Cyberpunk 2077, Fallout 76, Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Just Cause 4 are all coming day and date to PS4.

The only one that appears to be up in the air is We Happy Few which was announced to release on August 10th. The developer of the game Compulsion Games was announced as being purchased by Microsoft, but I would imagine since the game was already announced for PS4 that it will come out as scheduled.

Halo Infinite, Gears Pop, Gears Tactics, Gears 5 and Forza Horizon 4 were the biggest Xbox exclusives announced and are sure to get fans of the respective series excited, but those games are just not for me. If anything I would check out the Funko game.

Below are some of the best trailers shown during the conference.

Craig started gaming at 4 years old on the NES and has been hooked ever since. Trophies and achievements have only made him fall deeper down the rabbit hole. Will play almost anything, although particularly partial to anything involving stealth and silenced pistols. Football game enthusiast. RIP PES.
