Last of Us Part II Deep DivePlayStation Plus Games For June 2020 RevealedPS5 Game Outriders Shows Some Gameplay

Our Take: This was an excellent showcase for the game. It showed enough to get you even more excited without spoiling anything. Fans were already hyped, but going by the response on social media in the last day, they are now at fever pitch. Can it be June 19th yet?

PlayStation Plus Games For June 2020 Revealed

Earlier in the week Call of Duty: World War II was announced by Sony as the first PlayStation Plus game for June 2020. Now, Sony has filled out the lineup in style with Star Wars Battlefront II.

This marks a big step up in the level of offering from Sony as well. Last month gamers got on their soapbox, outraged over Cities Skylines and Farming Simulator, despite both being well regarded.

Our Take: PlayStation Plus games are usually locked in a few months in advance, but it’s hard not to see two AAA games and think it’s a direct response to last months criticism. It does mark the second month in a row that both games have been in similar genres as well. Definitely a decent month.

PS5 Game Outriders Shows Some Gameplay

Here is a 12 minute look at the upcoming PS5 RPG. It showcases co-op, missions, player abilities and the loot system. Outriders is set to be a PS5 launch title, but the publisher likes money, so it will come to PS4 as well.

Our Take: I must admit, I couldn’t really care less about this game at present. Maybe it’s just because we have the likes of Last of Us Part II and Ghost of Tsushima approaching fast, but it does just look a bit generic. I’m sure come launch when there are limited next gen offerings we here at VDZE Media will take a look though.

That’s us for today. Make sure to check out our recent reviews from the menu or via the main page. For constant news and opinions, follow us on Twitter.

Will play almost anything, although particularly partial to anything involving stealth and silenced pistols. Football game enthusiast. RIP PES.
