Mass Effect Trilogy Remastered Announcement May Finally Be Incoming

1 Min Read

For months now we have been waiting for EA to officially announce the Mass Effect remasters. There is no doubting the validity of the trilogy, with the ‘Mass Effect Legendary Edition’ even getting an age rating recently in Korea. Following a tweet, shown below, rumours have now started circulating that the compilation will be formally announced on N7 day, which is this Saturday.

Our Take: It would be swell if EA, BioWare, Donald Trump or, well, literally anyone could officially confirm the existence of the Mass Effect Legendary Edition. All indications point to it originally being due to release in late 2020, but popular opinion seems to suggest that the first outing, now thirteen years old, requires more modernising. I never got into the series, but I may give this a chance when it finally hits the shelves.
