Earlier today developer IO Interactive released a trailer for HITMAN 3 showing off one of its new locations – Chongqing. This was accompanied by a rundown of some features to expect in the new game, including the fact that the game will run at 4K/60fps on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and compatible PC’s. The developer also noted that these enhancements will be coming to both HITMAN & HITMAN 2, much like the upgrades for the second game came to the first upon its initial release. Our Take: I honestly don’t know if I could be more excited about HITMAN 3. The second game even made my PS4 Games of the Generation editorial recently where I broke down my favourite games on PlayStation 4. As far as I am concerned January 20th cannot come fast enough. Just one request IO… can we please have a platinum trophy this time? Pretty please.
