2022 has been a superb year so far here at Pure Dead Gaming HQ, and with the podcast picking up steam faster than we could have anticipated we have decided to add a few extra shows into the rotation.
Nothing will change with the main show. You’ll continue to get the Pure Dead Gaming podcast every Thursday at 3pm UK time each week, but as an added extra you’ll also be getting two bonus episodes of Afterlife, our supplementary podcast, monthly as well.
The first of these two new shows will be a monthly review, where we will cover our top 5 takeaways from the previous month. This podcast will launch on the first Monday of every month.
The second is our Games Revisited episode, where we will take a deep dive into one specific game. This will usually be a well-regarded title from the past but may include a landmark new release here and there. This monthly episode will launch on a Monday around the middle of each month.
The Afterlife podcasts will feature Dony as a permanent second chair, having done an excellent job since joining the team. However, we plan to have guest spots on each of the Afterlife episodes, so if you have a game you would like to deep dive with us on Games Revisited or if you fancy joining us for a monthly round-up you can contact us via the form on the website or by tweeting us @PureDeadGaming. Keep in mind that as these podcasts are monthly, there may be a waitlist.
